Electrical properties of clathrate formed on the basis of a p-type semiconductor with 2D guest positions filled with ferroelectric and propolis

Abstract The paper presents findings on the characteristics of GaSe fourfold-expanded matrix with propolis and sodium nitrite (NaNO 2 ), intercalated in between layers. nature changes impedance frequency behavior, electric loss tangent, dielectric permittivity under normal conditions, when illumination is applied, a constant magnetic field synthesized intercalate < NaNO > bi-intercalate + Propolis has been identified. extraordinary effects have obtained, indicating that clathrate immense values photo- magneto-capacitive while current–voltage (I–V) characteristic exhibits hysteresis behavior typical memristor structures. memory effect related to pseudo-capacitive charge accumulation found shown be due oxidation–reduction reactions.
